Payment Policy

This policy outlines the payment terms, refund processes, auto-renewal conditions, and cancellation options for WreckWise services. Please read it carefully.

Payment Terms

Payments for WreckWise services are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required in advance for the selected subscription plan and will be charged to the payment method provided during sign-up.

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund for the first month of service if you are not satisfied. Requests must be made within the first 30 days of your subscription. For subsequent months, payments are non-refundable.

Refunds are only provided for service interruptions or failures caused by WreckWise systems. In such cases, we refund the payment for the most recent month of service, but no additional months.

Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted service. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund previous payments, except under the conditions outlined in our refund policy.
